Custom Cover Company is a dedicated outdoor furniture cover brand operated by Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. We combine direct-to-consumer warehouse pricing with precision custom manufacturing to deliver made-to-measure covers to customers across New Zealand.

Shipping
We ship custom covers to every corner of New Zealand, including major cities such as Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Tauranga, Dunedin, Napier, Palmerston North, Nelson, and Rotorua — as well as regional and rural areas nationwide, across both the North and South Islands.
All orders are shipped via tracked courier from dispatch through to delivery. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your cover is on its way.

All transactions are processed through Stripe — one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. Your payment details are never stored on our servers. SSL encryption protects every checkout session.

Every cover is backed by our warranty against premature fading and loss of waterproofing. If a manufacturing defect or error on our part is found after delivery, we will remake or refund at no cost — no argument, no hassle.
We publish our production times upfront — Standard (4 weeks), Express (3 weeks), and Priority Express (10–14 days). Your order timeline is confirmed at checkout, and tracking is provided the moment your cover ships.
Our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Shipping & Returns policy are published and easy to find. Because custom covers are made to your measurements, we're upfront that change-of-mind returns aren't possible — but manufacturing errors are always covered.
